MCCALL (615) 367-8283 GENESCO TO PRESENT AT 8TH ANNUAL ICR XCHANGE CONFERENCE --COMPANY REAFFIRMS FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL 2006 GUIDANCE -- NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 10, 2006 --- Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO) today announced that the Company will be presenting at the 8th Annual ICR XChange Conference in Naples, Fla. The Genesco investor presentation will be webcast live at 9:00 a.m. (eastern time) on January 12, 2006, and may be accessed through the Company's internet website, www.genesco.com. The Company also stated that it remains comfortable with its previously announced earnings guidance for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2006.
